You have 36 marbles that are red, white and blue. If 12 of the marbles are red, and 13 of the marbles are blue, what fraction of marbles are white?

Calculate the number of white marbles:
Number of white marbles = Total marbles - Red marbles - Blue marbles
    Number of white marbles = 36 - 12 - 13
Number of white marbles = 11

Calculate the fraction of white marbles:
Fraction of white marbles =Number of white marbles / Total marbles
Fraction of white marbles = 11/36
