   Sample Mean = Population Mean
   Sample Mean = 75
   
   Sample Standard Deviation = Population Standard Deviation / Sqrt(n)
   Sample Standard Deviation = 16/sqrt(64)
   Sample Standard Deviation = 16 / 8
   Sample Standard Deviation = 2
