    Determine ux and sigma(x) from the given parameters of the population and sample size
    u = 76, sigma = 28, n = 49
    ux = ?
    sigma(x) = ?


    u = ux = 76
    sigma(x) = sigma/sqrt(n) so we have
    28/sqrt(49) = 28/7 = 4
