Each teacher's corner lesson has a standard set of inputs as follows:1) Number of Problems - Enter the number of problems you wish to have in your quiz
2) Problem Separator - Select from the dropdown menu how you want each problem separated
3) Number of Multiple Choice Answers - Select either 4 answers (A - D) or 5 answers (A - E) or NO Answers.
4) Answer Line Display - This option allows you to show your multiple choice section in either horizontal or vertical format
5) Font Family and Font Size - This option allows you to select the font in which your quiz will be displayed
Randomization of Problems
Each quiz generator is built with the custom Math Celebrity software that generates at a minimum, a 3 layer random generation tool for both problems and answers. Every time the
Generate Quiz button is pressed or the page refreshes, a completely new quiz is generated, ensuring that students cannot get the quiz format ahead of time.
Grading/Answer Buttons
If you select Enable Answer Buttons, the quiz generated is geared for students, who wish to have buttons next to the answer. After you select all your answers, press the button at the bottom of the page to have your quiz graded. The grading system option shows you your grade, how fast you completed the quiz, as well as instructional links with line by line mathwork for questions that you answered incorrectly on. Trend Analysis and In Depth Grading for each problem subtype are provided as well,
Answer Key
Each quiz comes equipped with the equivalent answer key at
that point in time in which you run the quiz. Referring back to the above section, the answer key updates each time a new quiz is generated or the page is refreshed. A one time answer key matching a one time randomization of quiz problems ensuring cheating cannot occur. The answer key is located at the bottom of your quiz. Click the link and your answer key will open in another window. Quizzes and Answer Keys can easily be saved into a word document
