we start at the top and write 2 and add 3 for every line we go down:
29 * 1 = 2
29 * 2 = 5
29 * 3 = 8
29 * 4 = 11
29 * 5 = 14
29 * 6 = 17

29 * 9 = 26
29 * 10 = 29

Next, we start the bottom of the list. add on a 0 at the end, and for each line we go up, we add 1 more from the previous line
