divide a by c, triple the result, then subtract what you have from b

Let's take this algebraic expression in parts:
    1. Divide a by c: a/c
    2. Triple the result. This means we multiply a/c by 3: 3a/c
    3. Then subtract what you have (the result) from b: b - 3a/c
    b - 3a/c
